Men Finish Third, Women Fifth at Annual Boo Bash Relays

SALISBURY, N.C. - The Pfeiffer University swim teams participated in the annual Boo Bash Relays hosted by Catawba on Saturday morning with the men finishing third with 86 points while the women concluded fifth at 86 in the all-relays meet.

The men scored their first win in the 300-yard backstroke as Elijah Bohon, Robert Skinner and Mark Franz finishing just over two seconds in front of members from Lenoir-Rhyne.

Later in the 500 freestyle, Franz, Bohon, George Moreno and Andrew Corley teamed up for a victory finishing 1.65 seconds in front of conference rival Limestone.

For the Lady Falcons, Pfeiffer finished third in four different events that included the 300 backstroke, 500 freestyle, 200 freestyle and the 400 individual medley relay.

Both Pfeiffer swim teams will dive back into the pool on Saturday, November 12th at 1:00 p.m. hosting Lenoir-Rhyne and Converse at the Merner Pool.
