Falcons' Dusty Blake Named to Advisory Board of Baseball For Life

Misenheimer, N.C.- Falcons head baseball coach, Dusty Blake, has been named to the advisory board of Baseball For Life, a non-profit organization geared to mentoring children through baseball. This organization has made quite an impact on the greater Charlotte community.

Baseball For Life works to influence young baseball players through a variety of ways, including free middle school camps, coaches camps, equipment drives, and field upgrades. The organization recently completed rebuilding the baseball field for Randolph Middle School. Many other schools have been supplied with equipment through the equipment drives that BFL puts on, including James Martine Middle School, Kennedy Middle School, Albemarle Road Middle School, and West Mecklenburg High School’s JV program.

“I am both honored and humbled to be selected to be a part of this great organization,” says Blake. “We are all excited to give back to this game that has given us all so much.”
