Women's Golf Competes in Patsy Rendleman Invitational; Place 16th

SALISBURY, N.C. – Led by senior Lauren Lyle, the Pfeiffer women’s golf team finished 16th at the Patsy Rendleman Invitational. Lyle’s score care read 79-79-158 for the tournament, putting her 17th overall. The Lady Falcons finished with a two-round score of 681 as UNC Pembroke took home first place with a score of 628.

Lyle paced the Lady Falcons and was followed by sophomore Danielle Haizlip, who posted rebounded from a tough first round to shoot a 79 in round two. Sarah Baldwin finished third, with a score of 176, followed by Georgi Hoeksema and Allyson Heinz who shot 186 and 196 respectively.

This was the last tournament of the fall season for the Lady Falcons, who will being play again in March.
