Pfeiffer stayed with St. Augustine's for most of the game, and led the first seven minutes of the contest. The first half featured five ties before St. Augustine's used a 9-0 run to take a 38-29 lead. Pfeiffer fought back and trailed by one, 45-44, going into the break.
