Pfeiffer Holds Annual Falcon Club Golf Tournament

NEW LONDON, NC - On Monday, April 28, Pfeiffer held its annual Falcon Club Golf Tournament hosted by Keith (’64) and Jane (’63) Crisco and AEC Narrow Fabrics at the Old North State Club. The event was coordinated by Pfeiffer’s Senior Associate Athletic Director/Director of Falcon Club Allen Snook, as well as Pfeiffer’s Athletic Director Bob Reasso '73 and Deputy Athletic Director Jack Ingram '74.

On a warm and sunny afternoon, 23 teams enjoyed a round of golf on North Carolina’s third ranked golf course in the state and number one in the Piedmont Triad Region in “Best Finishing Holes” and “Best 19th Hole”. The weekend prior, the Old North State Club hosted the ACC Men’s Tournament and is home to the Pfeiffer men’s and women’s golf teams.

Teams competed for prizes in three different categories. Patrick Malloy won the Longest Drive award, Steve Frost won the Closest to the Pin award, and John Nieters took home the Longest Putt award. A dinner and award ceremony took place following the successful event.
