Queens had a breakaway in the 30th minute but Lindow came up with a huge diving save. The game was scoreless at halftime.
Hawkins had another chance in the 51st minute but her shot from a tight angle went just wide. Kirsten Bartsch had a header in the 55th minute off a free kick but it was saved by the keeper.
Neither team had a good scoring chance until the 79th minute when Diaz-Matosas got free in front of the Falcon goal and drilled one into the net.
Pfeiffer pushed hard the last ten minutes but couldn't score and the game ended in a 1-0 Queens victory.
