ALBEMARLE, N.C. - Five members of the Pfeiffer University men's lacrosse team took time out of their day last week to visit and read to the Central Elementary School kindergarteners for Dr. Seuss week in honor of Dr. Seuss.
Hayden Kirk, Jeff Konko, Michael Markland, Anthony Lamarca and Edward Suh all spent just over an hour reading all of the Dr. Seuss classics to the students. Dr. Seuss week takes place each year during the first week of March.
"We really enjoyed the opportunity to serve the young students in our community," commented Falcons head coach Peter Milliman.
