RESULTS VS. USC-AIKEN (2007-02-11 00:00:00)
Misenheimer- The Pfeiffer softball team was swept in a non-conference twin bill Sunday at USC-Aiken. Game one saw Aiken jump out to a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning, the Pacers then added a run in the third and two more in the fifth. Pfeiffer had runners in scoring position in five of the seven innings only to see four of those opportunities squandered. Junior pitcher Dacia Ijames took the loss. "I'm proud of the way our team played said Head Coach Todd Bradley, we had opportunities to score but just didn't get that timely hit unfortunately that's how this game goes sometimes."

Pfeiffer will host non-conference foe Mars Hill at 1:00 Saturday February 17th.
