|Falcon Men Tough Out A Win in Glenville|

Glenville, WV---The Pfeiffer University men's basketball team scored 112 points in a win at Glenville State (WV), 112-105. The Falcons, who led by as many as twenty points in the contest, survived a tremendous comeback by the Pioneers. Pfeiffer made several key plays down the stretch to win and made 10 consecutive free throws in the games final two minutes after Glenville tied the score at 98.
DeMario Grier had 36 points on only 18 shots to lead the Falcons and Tavares Cooper was again a force inside with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Craig Thomas got the biggest rebounds of the game and ended with 11. Cortland Thomas (3), Derrick Brown (2), and Marcus Hodges all made big three pointers, and Robert McGriff and Logan Call had 14 and 11 points respectively.
