Pfeiffer Finishes 7th at Pre-Regional

dunlap.jpgWingate, NC---The Pfeiffer women's cross country team finished seventh at the Pre-Regional Race held at Wingate University Saturday morning. Melissa Dunlap finished 8th in a time of 25:15 to lead the Falcons.

Coach Nolt commented, "Our women's team today had a good finish, even with Meghan Hillebrand sidelined and Magen Abernathy still recovering from being sick earlier this week. Melissa really stepped up today for us. Today we proved that we are competitive with the top teams in the Conference."

Pfeiffer will run again Friday when they travel to UNC-Charlotte.
