Falcons Close Out Fall Season at The O'Briant-Jensen Memorial Tournament

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Competing in the final tournament of the fall season, the Pfeiffer men's golf team finished in a tie for 15th place at The O'Briant-Jensen Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by Guilford College. The tournament is being held at Sedgefield Country Club and was won by Methodist College's team score of 580.

The Falcons two-day total of 624 placed them a handful of shots out of the top-10. Cory Selander led the Falcons with a total of 149, which was good for a 21st place finish. Selander's second day 74 helped him climb five spots from day one and finish just outside the top-20.  Teammate Cameron Hall finished six shots behind Selander. The top five golfers were rounded out by Genis Alberti (75th), Hunter Dillard (89th) and Tim Hoffman (103rd).

The Falcons are off until the Spring season where they open with the Catawba Invitational in Salisbury, N.C. on March 5.
