    Late Comeback Falls Short as Falcons Drop Non-Conference Game at Catawba SALISBURY, N.C. - A late Pfeiffer (0-3) rally fell short as the Falcons dropped a 13-11 non-conference matchup at Catawba (2-2) on Wednesday afternoon. The Falcons trailed 11-6 heading into the third period but cut the deficit to 12-11 with 4:29 to play before falling short.

    Men's Lacrosse Drops Home Opener to Mars Hill, 13-10 MISENHEIMER, NC – The Pfeiffer University men’s lacrosse team (0-2) lost its home opener against Mars Hill, 13-10, Saturday afternoon at NE Leftko Field. Freshman midfielder Cody Lamond led the Falcons with three goals (eight shots) and a game-high 11 ground balls, winning 18-of-26 face offs. Kyle Barna and Blade Garlow contributed two goals apiece, and Jared Nelson finished with a team-best three assists. Mike Moorehead played all 60 minutes in goal for Pfeiffer and tallied 20 saves.

    Men's Lacrosse Drops Season Opener at Tusculum GREENVILLE, Tenn. - The Pfeiffer men’s lacrosse team (0-1) dropped its 2017 season opener at Tusculum by a final score of 16-6 on Saturday afternoon at Pioneer Field. The Falcons held strong early but were outscored 13-2 in the second half.

    2017 Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Preseason Poll Released Limestone College were picked to win the 2017 Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Championship, the league announced today. The Saints earned 60 points and six first-place votes from coaches.

    Men's Lacrosse Announces 2017 Schedule MISENHEIMER, NC- Pfeiffer men’s lacrosse head coach Scott Nelson announced the Falcons 2017 schedule this afternoon. The season opens on Saturday, February 11 as Pfeiffer travels to Tusculum for a non-conference matchup. Four of the first five games will be on the road, including the conference opener at Belmont Abbey on March 4.
