With 2:05 left in the half, Kyle Dahlin scored for the visitors to cut the Pfeiffer lead to 9-5 but Nelson would answer with just 20 seconds left to send the Falcons into the break with a 10-5 lead.
Pfeiffer put the game out of reach in the third quarter, outscoring Greensboro 5-1.
