MISENHEIMER, NC- Former Pfeiffer women's golfer and current golf graduate assistant Danielle Haizlip passed the player ability test to enter her first academic year of PGA process school. In order to pass the player ability test a person must shoot a two round 36 hole total of 161. Haizlip carded rounds of 77, 74 and was one of 10 players to pass the ability test. The test was held on Tuesday, August 30 at the Monroe Country Club.

"Her quest to get her PGA card will be a six to eight year journey." Said Pfeiffer Head Golf Coach David Gianferante. "It is like getting your doctorate in golf. Danielle will be in the top five percent when it comes to golf rules credentials."

Haizlip is a 2016 graduate of Pfeiffer University, and a four year member of the Pfeiffer women's golf team. Haizlip is currently getting her master's degree along with her PGA Card with the hopes of being a collegiate golf coach in the future.
