    Women's Lacrosse Falls at Limestone GAFFNEY, SC - In a matchup that would determine first place in the conference standings, the Pfeiffer women’s lacrosse team (7-4, 5-1 CC) dropped a 15-2 decision at No. 8 Limestone (9-1, 5-0 CC) on Saturday afternoon. Each team entered play with an unblemished record in league play but the Saints grabbed sole possession of first place with the impressive victory.

    Falcons Improve to 5-0 in Conference With Win at Lees-McRae BANNERS ELK, NC – The Pfeiffer University women’s lacrosse team beat Lees-McRae by a score of 12-8 on Wednesday afternoon to improve to 7-3 on the season while remaining undefeated in Conference Carolinas play; the loss drops LMC to 2-4 (1-3). With a 5-0 record, the Falcons are tied with Limestone (8-1, 4-0) for first place in the CC standings.

    Pfeiffer’s Comeback Thwarted In 12-11 Overtime Loss to Catawba SALISBURY, NC – The Pfeiffer University women’s lacrosse team erased several multi-goal deficits in both the first and second halves but could not come away with a win, falling on the road at Catawba with a 12-11 decision in overtime. Junior Molly O’Friel (Chesapeake Beach, MD / Huntingtown HS) finished with four goals with a career-high seven ground balls and a game-best nine draw controls. Sophomore Ally Unkenholz (Ellicott City, MD / Mt. Hebron HS) also scored four times in the effort.

    Women's Lacrosse Beats Converse, 15-13 MISENHEIMER, NC – Seven different players scored for the Pfeiffer University women’s lacrosse team (5-2, 3-0 CC) as the Falcons rallied for a 15-13 win against Converse (3-5, 1-1) at NE Lefko Field on Saturday afternoon. Pfeiffer bounced back from a three-goal deficit in the second half to remain undefeated in the conference while improving to 4-1 at home.

    Falcons Fall to Lenoir-Rhyne, 12-7 MISENHEIMER, NC — The Pfeiffer University women's lacrosse team fell victim to a 15-minute second-half scoring drought on Wednesday afternoon en route to a 12-7 loss against Lenoir-Rhyne at NE Lefko Field. Sophomore Ally Unkenholz (Ellicott City, MD / Mt. Hebron HS) led the Falcons with three goals and two ground balls while junior Mollie O'Friel (Chesapeake Beach, MD / Huntingtown HS) scored twice and added an assist.

    Falcons Score 11 in Second Half to Defeat Huntingdon MISENHEIMER, N.C. - The Pfeiffer women’s lacrosse team (4-1) outscored Huntingdon (0-5) 11-0 in the second half and cruised to a 16-3 victory on Sunday afternoon. Ally Unkenholz scored five times and Meagan Bourque registered four goals and two assists for the Falcons.

Ally Unkenholz and Molly O’Friel led with seven total goals as the Falcons improved to 3-0 on the season, dropping the Pioneers to 2-2.

    Women's Lacrosse Announces 2017 Schedule MISENHEIMER, NC- Pfeiffer women's lacrosse head coach Chandler Borrosh has announced the 2017 schedule. The Falcons start on Saturday, February 11 as they travel to Emmanuel for the first of nine Conference Carolinas games, four home games and five on the road.
