    Thanks to a brilliant senior campaign, defender Madeline Gadd has been named Second Team All-State by the North Carolina Sports Information Association (NCCSIA) this afternoon. Gadd was also named First Team All-Conference this season as she wraps up her tremendous career for the Falcons.

    HIGH POINT, N.C. - Conference Carolinas announced its 2016 Women’s Soccer All-Conference teams at the league banquet this afternoon as part of the semifinal round of the Conference Tournament. The Falcons were represented by five players on the All-Conference team, led by Madeline Gadd who was named First Team All-Conference.

    GAFFNEY, SC - A Pfeiffer comeback bid fell short as the Falcons (10-8-1) saw their 2016 season come to a close with a 2-1 defeat at the hands of No. 2 seed Belmont Abbey (16-2-1) on Friday night in the Conference Tournament Semifinal. Aryana Harvey scored the lone goal for the Falcons with 20 minutes to go, cutting the deficit to one goal but the Falcons could get no closer.
  • Falcons Advance to Seventh Consecutive Conference Carolinas Tournament Semifinal

    MISENHEIMER, N.C. - For the second time in less than two weeks, the Pfeiffer women’s soccer team (10-7-1) defeated Converse (9-9-1) as the Falcons recorded a 3-0 victory in the Conference Carolinas Tournament Quarterfinal at N.E. Lefko Field on Tuesday night. Three different Falcons scored on the night as Pfeiffer advances to the semifinal on Friday night.
  • 26 Men's and Women's Players Selected to Academic All-Conference Team

    HIGH POINT, N.C. - Conference Carolinas has announced the 2016 Men's and Women's Soccer Academic All-Conference Teams award winners. Pfeiffer is proudly represented on the 2016 Academic All-Conference team by a total of 26 players. For the second straight season the Falcon women top the list in Conference Carolinas with 15, while the men add 11 to the list.
  • Falcons Fall in Regular Season Finale to Rival Crusaders

    BELMONT, N.C. - In the final Conference Carolinas regular season match in Pfeiffer women’s soccer history, the Falcons (9-7-1, 7-4 CC) dropped a 2-0 decision at the hands of Belmont Abbey (14-2-1, 10-1) on a warm Saturday afternoon at Alumni Field. Sydney Pluhacek netted the game-winner in the 61st minute to send the Crusaders to victory.
  • Women's Soccer to Vacate Two Wins From 2016 Season

    MISENHEIMER, N.C. - Pfeiffer University women’s soccer will vacate two wins from the current 2016 season due to the use of an ineligible student-athlete, following a ruling from Conference Carolinas Friday. Pfeiffer self-reported the violation to both Conference Carolinas and NCAA Division II and are still awaiting further action from the NCAA in the matter.

    FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA - Led by a pair of goals from senior Hailey Havelind, the Pfeiffer women’s soccer team (10-4-1, 9-1 CC) recorded their ninth conference victory of the season with a 2-0 blanking of Emmanuel (1-13-2, 1-6-2). The nine league wins are the highest single season total since the Falcons went 9-2 in 2006 and Pfeiffer has a chance to tie the school record for most conference wins in a season in the season finale at Belmont Abbey next Saturday.
  • Falcons Erase One Goal Deficit to Defeat Converse, 2-1

    The Pfeiffer Falcons (9-4-1, 8-1 CC) women soccer team came back from a 1-0 deficit in the second half to defeat the Converse Valkyries (7-7, 3-5 CC) 2-1 on Wednesday at N. E. Lefko Field as senior Brae Buster helped in the comeback as the senior scored her fifth of the season.

    The Pfeiffer Falcons (6-4-1, 5-1 CC) women’s soccer team recorded their second straight shutout of the season as they defeated North Greenville Crusaders (2-8-1, 0-6-1 CC) 3-0. Junior Kat Kelley led the charge as she scored two goals in the win.

The win keeps Pfeiffer in a second place tie in the conference standings.

The Falcons invite Carolina Rapids players to enjoy the doubleheader with matches against Mount Olive. The women kickoff at 5 p.m. with the men starting at 7:30.

    SALISBURY, N.C. - The Pfeiffer women’s soccer team (3-4-1) dropped a back-and-forth contest at Catawba (5-1-1) on Thursday afternoon in a makeup of yesterday’s match that was rained out. Brae Buster scored twice but Caitlin Hill’s goal in the 80th minute gave Catawba a 3-2 non-conference victory.

    BANNER ELK, N.C. - The Pfeiffer women’s soccer team (3-3-1, 2-1 CC) won its first road Conference Carolinas match on Saturday evening, defeating Lees-McRae (2-7, 2-2) 2-1. Kirsten Martin and Macy Rutledge were the goal scorers for the Falcons who beat the Bobcats for the fourth consecutive time.
  • Saints Steal Conference Victory With Two Late Goals

    MISENHEIMER, NC- The Pfeiffer women’s soccer team (2-3-1, 1-1 CC) held the lead over Limestone (5-1, 3-0) for the first 83:57 of the match, however, the Saints were able to score two goals in final 6:03 to rally to a 2-1 victory and remain unbeaten in conference play.

Lefko Field. Ryanna Hammond scored her first two career goals and added an assist in the first 25 minutes of the contest for the Falcons.

    After two overtimes on Saturday, the score remained tied at one as the Pfeiffer Falcons (1-1-1) clawed back as they earned a draw in their inter-conference match up with the Young Harris Mountain Lions (1-0-2). Early in her young Falcon career, freshman goalkeeper Kaley Hyatt set a career high with 13 saves on 29 shots.
