A middle blocker from Misenheimer, N.C., Burris helped control the net by averaging 1.00 blocks per set as the Falcons posted a 4-0 record last week with wins over Roanoke, Carolina University, Brevard and Maryville. Burris' week-highs included seven blocks, four digs, ten kills, and one service ace (on three occasions).
