Rocky Mount, N.C. (Feb. 27, 2021) – The Pfeiffer men's cross country team traveled to the campus of North Carolina Wesleyan University to compete at the USA South Cross Country championships.
The Falcons were led by freshman Trent Rivers who finished 16th overall in the event. Rivers ran the 8000-meter course in a time of 31:25.
Juniors Jackson Hanrahan and Dylan Brown also competed in the event. Hanrahan finished 21st overall running 33.44 while Brown came in right after in 22nd running 34:35.
The cross country runners will now turn their attention to the outdoor track and field season. Up next will the Susan Rouse Invitational, March 6th on the campus of Southern Wesleyan University.
