2016: Named 3rd-team All-Conference Carolinas. . . Broke the single match record for hitting percentage twice on the year and had three consecutive matches where he hit over .713. Blair totaled nine matches where he didn't commit an attack error and leads the Conference in hitting percentage (.458) and blocks per set (1.20). Played in 23 matches. . . Had 154 kills  and three assists. . . tallied 19 service aces, 43 digs and 104 blocks

2015: Played in 24 matches. . . was fifth on the team with 124 kills. . . finished with a .383 hitting percentage. . . averaged 1.43 kills per set. . . was second on the team with 91 total blocks.

2014: Played in 18 matches . . . was seventh on the team with 54 kills . . . finished with a .303 hitting percentage and added 13 service aces . . . was third on the team with 46 total blocks. 

Personal: Son of Rodney and Regina Blair…born on 07/31/1995…majoring in pre-med.

Before Pfeiffer: Player of the year (2013). . . All-State honors (2012-2013). . . All-State honors (2011). . . also played football in high school where he was named to the All-State team.
