Misenheimer, N.C. (May 11, 2019) – Twenty-seven current and former Falcon student-athletes received their diplomas as Pfeiffer University held its spring commencement exercises on Saturday morning in Merner Gym.
JACKSONVILLE, N.C. – The men’s golf team competed at the Camp Lejeune Intercollegiate Tournament over the weekend and finished in 11th place. The final day of the tournament was rained out but the field was able to get in two rounds on Saturday.
FLETCHER, N.C. – The Pfeiffer men’s golf team wrapped up the Mars Hill Spring Invitational with a second place overall finish. The Falcons were led by third-place finishes by Hunter Dillard and Cory Selander. The tournament took place at Broadmoor Golf Links and was a par 72, 6903-yard course.
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Competing in the final tournament of the fall season, the Pfeiffer men's golf team currently sits in 15th place at The O'Briant-Jensen Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by Guilford College. The tournament is being held at Sedgefield Country Club and is currently led by Methodist College's team score of 290.
BRISTOL, TENN. -- The Pfeiffer men's golf team placed ninth at the King University Invitational at the Country Club of Bristol. The Falcons shaved three strokes off their total in day two of the tournament and finished with a team score of 597.
KANNAPOLIS, N.C. -- Competing in their first tournament of the season, the Pfeiffer men’s golf team sits in 14th place after two rounds of play at the Queens Invitational at Irish Creek. The Falcons will close out the tournament tomorrow and look to climb the leaderboard.
SNOW HILL, N.C. – The Pfeiffer University men’s golf team has some work to do after the first day of the Conference Carolinas Championships, finishing the first round in 8th place out of nine teams with a 24-over 312 at the Cutter Creek Golf Club in Snow Hill, North Carolina on Sunday.

GOLDSBORO, N.C. – The Pfeiffer men’s golf team made the biggest move of the day during the final round of the 2017 Mount Olive Invitational, sliding up four spots to finish t-4th overall at the Walnut Creek Country Club.
TRAVELERS REST, SC – The Pfeiffer University men’s golf team secured its third top-5 finish of the 2016-17 season, claiming 4th place in the North Greenville Invitational at the Cherokee Valley Golf Club (6,566 yards). As a team, the Falcons shot a 911 during the two-day, 54-hole event to score 47-over par and one stroke behind host NGU (+46) for 3rd in the final rankings.
Salisbury, NC – Pfeiffer University senior Zach Weaver (Williamsburg, VA / Lafayette HS) stands tied for 15th place at 3-over par (74) after the first round of the Catawba Invitational, which was held on Monday morning/afternoon.
HIGH POINT, N.C. – Pfeiffer University's Zach Weaver has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Bimonthly Golfer of the Month for tournaments played the first half of October, the Conference announced today.
MORGANTON, NC- Zach Weaver leads the Pfeiffer men’s golf team to a third place finish at the Donald Ross Intercollegiate. Weaver became the second Falcon this season to be crowned tournament champion, after the senior carded a three round total of 204. The Williamsburg, VA native shot a final round -2, 68 and won the tournament by five strokes.
MYRTLE BEACH, SC- The Pfeiffer men's golf team completed the final round of the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate Tournament, which is being held at the par 72 7,020 yard Panther's Run Course. The Falcons finished the tournament tied for 11th place after registering a team score of 605.
NORMAN, Okla. - The Pfeiffer men’s golf team received votes in this week’s Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll as announced this afternoon. The Falcons received five votes for a top-25 national ranking after a strong start to their season.
BRISTOL, TN- The Pfeiffer men’s golf team won its first tournament since the 2010-2011 season. The Falcons finished in first place at the King University Tournament in dominating fashion, winning by 13 shots. Pfeiffer finished with a team score of 554. Senior Nathan Bull led the way winning his first career tournament finishing with a four under par two day total of 135.
KANNAPOLIS, NC- The Pfeiffer men's golf team opened up the 2016 campaign at the Queens Invitational. The tournament is being held at The Club at Irish Creek. The course is a par 71, 6,999 yard course located in Kannapolis, North Carolina. Pfeiffer finished the tournament in sixth place, recording a team score of 611
MISENHEIMER, N.C. - Pfeiffer University has been accepted by the USA South Athletic Conference to begin the process of full membership within the Conference in a vote by the league presidents this morning. Pfeiffer is currently in the process of reclassifying from NCAA Division II to Division III and will begin USA South play in the 2017-18 season.
BROWN SUMMIT, NC- The Pfeiffer men's finished off their final round of the season at the Conference Carolinas Championship, which was held at the par 72, 6892 yard Bryan Park Champions Course. The Falcons finished the tournament in seventh place recording a three day combined total of 914.
