Pfeiffer University

Kennedy enters her third season with the Falcon softball program in 2022.

2021 (Sophomore) - Played in 31 games for the Falcons where she had a .414 Batting Average, a .491 On Base Percentage and a .535 Slugging Percentage. She also went 11-11 on Stolen Base attempts. She pitched 70.2 innings and with 5-2 record while on the mound. Earned 1st Team All Conference and 1st Team East Division.

2020 (Freshman) - Played in 16 games for the Falcons where she had a .471 batting average, a .630 on base percentage and a .500 slugging percentage.  She scored 20 runs on the season, had 16 hits and drove in eight. The season was canceled in mid-March due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. 

Before Pfeiffer - Transferred to Pfeiffer from UNC Wilmington in Spring ‘20.
Played her junior a senior seasons at nearby Gray Stone Day School where she was an all-conference, all-district and all-state performer both seasons. Was named the Uwharrie Athletic Conference Player of the year as a senior.

Played her freshman and sophomore seasons at High Point Christian Academy where she was an NCISAA All-State selection as an eighth-grader.  Was an NCFCA All-District selection as a freshman.

Played showcase travel ball with Carolina Cardinals.

Personal - Daughter of Sherri and Shane Kennedy. Oldest of 3 children with two younger sisters; Brooke (14) and Paige (20). Born on 9/4/1999. Majoring in Business Management and Leadership.
