Caitlin Christian enters her sophomore season at Pfeiffer.

2017: Named Second Team All-Conference . . . won 14 games which ranks third for a single-season in program history . . . her 114 strikeouts are the fourth highest total in team history . . . here 1.53 ERA is also the third-best mark in program history . . . threw a complete game one-hitter against USC Aiken on Feb. 24 . . . was the winning pitcher in both of Pfeiffer's NCAA Tournament victories . . . allowed three earned runs in 6.2 innings in the Falcons upset victory over Carson-Newman in the NCAA Tournament opener and then allowed just two hits in a complete game victory over Young Harris in the next round. 

Personal: Daughter of Barbara and James Christian . . . born on 8/2/98 . . . majoring in Accounting.

Before Pfeiffer: Four-year member of the Chatham Elite Travel Softball organization . . . Twice named game MVP Pitcher Queen of Diamonds . . . Named to First Team All QDS Pitcher . . . pitched two perfect games in high school.
