Biography

Strange enters her second season with the Pfeiffer softball program for 2023.

2022 (Freshman) - Strange appeared on the mound 13 times with 4 starts, had 27 strikeouts in 22 innings pitched, and carried a record of 2-2.

Prior to Pfeiffer: Played four years at East Rowan High School in Rockwell, N.C, and was coached by Mike Waddell and later Todd McNeely. Earned all-county and all conference all four years of playing. Earned Rowan County Pitcher of the year during her senior year with an ERA of 1.05 and allowing 8 runs all season. She had a career batting average of .404. Played her travel ball seasons with Extreme Performance coached by Micah Kinnaird and Bruce Oxendine.


Personal: Daughter of Karen and Michael Strange.

Majoring in Business Management and Leadership (conc. Entrepreneurship).
