Pfeiffer University

2024 (Senior): Morton begins her second season as a member of the Pfeiffer Softball program.

2023 (Junior): Named NFCA Third Team All-American, Morton appeared in 33 games for the Falcons pitching a total of 142.2 innings where she accrued 175 strikeouts. Batting average against Morton .183 and she finished the season with a 1.08 ERA. Morton’s honors include: USA South Pitcher of the Year, USA South First Team, 2023 USA South All-Tournament Team, and NFCA First Team All-Region.

Prior to Pfeiffer: Transferred to Pfeiffer from Erskine College in Fall of ‘22. Played four years for Mooresville High under Allie Davis and Paul Kikta. During her time there, she earned 2018 Civitan Classic-Tournament MVP; 2019 Hot Stove POY Nominee; 2019 First Team Clt Observer; 2019 All State 4A West; 2019 All County Iredell (Pitcher of the year); 2019 District 7 Pitcher of the year; 2019 All Region; 2019 All Conference I Meck; 2019 MHS Athlete of the Week April 22-26; 2019 Defensive Player of the Year MHS. Morton had many academic honors: Honor Roll 16/17, 17/18, 18/19. 19/20; National Honors Society 17/18, 18/19, 19/20; Academic Excellence 16/17, 17/18, 18/19, 19/20; Lettered in Academics 16/17, 17/18, 18/19.

Personal: Majoring in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences.
