Biography

Cabaniss-Ali enters her third season with the Falcons Basketball program in 2025-26

2024-25 (Sophomore)
Started in 21 of the 24 games in which she played.  Scored a career high 16 points against Guilford (11/12/24) and Salem (11/26/24).  Controlled 204 rebounds and shot 34.6% from the field.  Had six steals at Salem (11/26/24).

2023-24 (Freshman)
Started in all 25 games.  Shot 34.% from the field and had 207 rebounds.  Was named USA South Rookie of the Week four times.  Brought down a career-best 20 rebounds against William Peace (2/17/24).  Also had a career-best five assists at Mary Baldwin (1/12/24).

Played her high school basketball at Independence High School in Charlotte where she won the  Patriot Pride Award.
