Pfeiffer Volleyball Drops 3-0 Match at N.C. Wesleyan

Rocky Mount, N.C. (Oct. 26, 2021) – North Carolina Wesleyan had little trouble en route to a 3-0 win over Pfeiffer University in a USA South volleyball match at Everett Gym on Tuesday night.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
Pfeiffer junior Madison Honeycutt (Arroyo Grande, Cal.) led the Falcons offensively, as she hit for a team-best .375 and had 10 kills.  Fellow junior Reagan Wyatt (Stoneville, N.C.) just missed a double-digit output, finishing with nine kills Wyatt hit .286 and had one solo block in the loss.


The Bishops outhit the Falcons, as they finished with a .340 percentage and held Pfeiffer to just a .156 output.

NCWC had two players in double-figures, with Lauren Weaver and Aubrey Nicholson going for 11 and 10 kills, respectively.

Pfeiffer will host Bob Jones University on Thursday, Oct. 28 in the final nonconference match of the season.  First serve is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at Merner Gym.
