Lowery Places Second at NCAA Cross Country Regional Meet

Newport News, Va. (Nov. 12, 2022) – Pfeiffer University junior Madison Lowery continued her assault of the Falcon cross country record books by taking second place in the NCAA South Regional meet at the Lee Hall Mansion in Newport News, Va. on Saturday afternoon.

Lowery, from Kannapolis, N.C., finished the 6K course with a 22:49.8, claiming second-place and becomes the first Pfeiffer female cross country runner to qualify for the NCAA Division III Championships that will be held on Nov. 19 at the Forest Akers Golf Course in Lansing, Michigan.
