Hat Trick Helps Pfeiffer Men's Soccer to 5-0 Win Over Warren Wilson

Ricky Hernandez-Sexton netted his first career hat trick in Pfeiffer's 5-0 men's soccer win over Warren Wilson at a chilly Lefko Field on Friday night.

How It Happened
Pfeiffer, playing in it's first home match since Sept. 14, got on the board early when freshman
Luis Miranda (Wilmington, N.C.) netted his first career goal in the seventh minute after taking a pass from
Bernardo Jardim (Monaco City, Monaco) to put Pfeiffer up 1-0.
Ricky Hernandez-Sexton (Mobile, Ala.) would score the next two Pfeiffer goals, the first in the 28
th minute on another Jardim assist and the latter in the 60
th minute on assists from Anthony Crisiafulli (Oak Ridge, N.J.) and
Asuncio Gonzalez (Kannapolis, N.C.), making it 3-0.
Caleb Livengood (Thomasville, N.C.) would get his first of the season on an unassisted strike in the 69
th minute to push the Falcon lead to 4-0.
Hernandez-Sexton would convert a penalty kick in the 80
th minute to cap the scoring at 5-0 while scoring his third of the match and his team-leading fourth of the season.

Ali Jaafar (Matthews, N.C.) made three saves to pick up his first win of the season and his second career shutout.
