The Falcons (3-4) who lead from wire-to-wire, were led by Doug Smith, who secured a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds. Teammate Justin Gaten added 17 points and four assists while Daymon Beckwith chipped in as well with 13 points off the bench.

How It Happened
Pfeiffer started out the scoring by going on a 10-0 run, culminating in a three from Gaten, to take an early lead with 17:41 left in the first half. The Falcons then added 11 points to that lead by the end of the period and entered halftime with a 52-31 advantage. Pfeiffer got a great contribution from its bench in the period, as non-starters accounted for 17 of its 52 total points.
Pfeiffer kept its lead intact before going on a 6-0 run, finished off by Stefan Iordache's three, to grow the lead to 101-77 with 3:13 to go in the contest. The narrowed the margin somewhat before the game was over, but the Falcons still cruised the rest of the way for the 104-88 win. Pfeiffer got a boost from its bench in the period, as non-starters accounted for 26 of its 52 total points.
