Pfeiffer Women's Soccer Falls in Season Finale at Brevard
BREVARD, N.C. (Oct. 29, 2025) — Pfeiffer University struggled to generate offense Wednesday evening, falling 4-0 to undefeated Brevard College in USA South Athletic Conference women's soccer action at Ives-Lemel Family Field.
Brevard (16-0, 9-0 USA South) scored three goals in the opening 24 minutes and added a fourth in the second half to remain perfect on the season. Pfeiffer (2-12-1, 1-7-1) managed just two shots, none on goal, and was held without a corner kick.
Senior goalkeeper
Kaylee Ollis made seven saves for the Falcons, facing 12 shots on goal from the Tornados. Brevard outshot Pfeiffer 20-2 overall and held a 7-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Olivia Guillermo opened the scoring in the 13th minute off an assist from Mikayla Zvekan, who added a goal of her own two minutes later. Mikaela Edwards made it 3-0 in the 24th minute, and Audrey Welker capped the scoring in the 71st minute with help from Kate Floyd and Kaylin Prestosh.
Midfielders
Lily Bido and
Quinn Branca recorded Pfeiffer's only two shot attempts.
With the setback, Pfeiffer concludes the 2025 season.
