HIGH POINT, N.C. (Dec. 28, 2025) — Pfeiffer hung with Division I High Point early, but the Panthers' depth and transition game proved overwhelming in a 123-64 loss on Sunday afternoon at the Qubein Center.
Pfeiffer (4-5) trailed just 11-7 in the opening minutes before High Point unleashed a 21-2 run fueled by turnovers and fast-break scoring. The Falcons committed 16 turnovers in the first half and 25 overall, leading to 32 High Point points off giveaways.
Despite the final margin, Pfeiffer had several bright spots.
Clayton Robinson led the Falcons with 16 points on 6-of-12 shooting, including 4-of-5 from three-point range.
Sunni Wrice added 12 points, while
Zach Sloan chipped in 11 off the bench. Pfeiffer knocked down nine threes and got 29 points off the bench.
The Falcons also showed stretches of strong ball movement and perimeter efficiency, hitting three early triples to stay within striking distance before High Point's pressure took over.
High Point (12–3) dominated the paint 72–22 and outrebounded Pfeiffer 49–22. The Panthers shot 63.5% from the field and had 30 assists on 47 made baskets. Cam'Ron Fletcher scored 18 points, and Conrad Martinez added 15.
The Falcons will return to the friendly confines of Merner Gym to close out then 2025 calendar year with a 2:00 p.m. game against former USA South foe and current ODAC member Averett University on Tuesday, Dec. 30.
