Pfeiffer Lacrosse Closes Regular Season With 25-2 Rout of Brevard

Misenheimer, N.C. (April 14, 2026) — Pfeiffer exploded for 17 first-quarter goals and never looked back on a hot Tuesday afternoon, rolling past Brevard 25-2 in a USA South Conference men's lacrosse matchup at Lefko-Mills Field.

With the win, Pfeiffer completes the league regular season with a perfect 8-0 record for the third straight season.  All told, the Falcons have won 27 consecutive USA South regular season games dating back to the 2023 season.

Dylan Sullivan and Ethan Miles each scored five goals to lead the Falcons (13-2, 8-0 USA South), who outshot Brevard 49-6 and won the faceoff battle 24-8. Tiger Hopkins added four goals and two assists, while Trent Orr finished with two goals and two assists as Pfeiffer extended its winning streak to nine games.

Pfeiffer seized control immediately, scoring five goals in the opening 3:19 and stretching the lead to 10-0 midway through the first quarter. The Falcons poured in 17 goals in the opening period alone, assisted on 12 of them, and led 21-1 at halftime.

Miles scored twice in the first two minutes and added a pair of assists during the first-quarter barrage. Sullivan recorded a hat trick in the opening period and finished with five goals on seven shots.
Brevard (0-15, 0-7) got goals from Gage Khayat late in the second quarter and Colin Eifler midway through the fourth. Goalkeeper Jameson Murray made 14 saves while facing constant pressure, as Pfeiffer put 39 of its shots on cage.

The Falcons used seven goalkeepers in the game, combining to allow two goals on six shots. Korbin Hamilton earned the win after stopping the only shot he faced early in the first quarter.

Pfeiffer also got goals from Davis Palombo (two goals, two assists), Bashwyn Fitch (three goals), Vincent Apriligano (two goals) and Jackson Johnson, Will Rivera and Gabriel Barker, who scored one goal apiece.

WIth the regular season complete, Pfeiffer will turn it's focus to the USA South Tournament, which will be held at Lefko-Mills Field on the Pfeiffer campus for the fourth straight season.  Two first round games will be played on Saturday, April 25 at the home site of the No. 4 and No, 3 seeds.  Winners of those first round games wil converge on Misenheimer on April 30 for semifinal games followed by the championship game on Saturday, May 2.

Start times for the USA South Tournament will be announced by the USA South following completion of the regular season.
