MISENHEIMER, N.C. (April, 30, 2026) —
Dylan Sullivan scored six goals and added three assists as top-seeded Pfeiffer rolled to a 24-3 victory over fifth-seeded Methodist in the USA South Tournament semifinals Thursday afternoon at Lefko-Mills Field.
Pfeiffer (14-2) blew the game open early, scoring five times in the first quarter and erupting for 11 goals in the second to take a 16-1 halftime lead. The Falcons outshot the Monarchs 63-33 and held a 36-17 edge in shots on goal.
Sullivan keyed the second-quarter surge with three goals and an assist during a span of less than five minutes.
Tiger Hopkins finished with three goals and three assists, while
Will Rivera added four goals.
Bashwyn Fitch scored twice and Marcus Miles had a goal and three assists as Pfeiffer totaled 16 assists on its 24 goals.
Korbin Hamilton earned the win in goal, making six saves and allowing one goal in 38 minutes before Pfeiffer used multiple goalkeepers the rest of the way.
Methodist (8-9) got goals from Sam Newton, Josh Crabtree and Thomas Oakes. Cole Rigsbee made 12 saves for the Monarchs.
The Falcons will look for their fourth-straight USA South Title on Saturday, May 2 when they take on second-seeded Southern Virginia at 11:00 a.m. at Lefko-Mills Field.
