Pfeiffer University

Riera enters her fourth season with the Pfeiffer women's soccer team in 2021.

Spring 2021 (Junior) - Started in all nine matches.  Scored three goals and had three assists, finishing with nine points.  Took 16 shots, 12 of which were on goal.  Had the game-winning goal in a 2-0 win over Meredith.

2019 (Sophomore) - Started in 14 matches, completing her season with four goals and one assist.  She scored both goals in a 2-0 win over Edgewood on Sept. 14.  Notched an assist in a 3-1 win over Guilford on Sept. 18.  Also scored two goals in a 5-0 win at William Peace on Oct. 1.  Was named to the USA South Academic All-Conference team.

2018 (Freshman) - Started all 16 matches finishing with three goals and one assist  Scored her first career goal in a 2-1 road win at Widener on Sept. 2. Notched her first career assist in a 6-0 home win over Wesleyan (Ga.) on Sept. 9. Scord her other goals in wins over Averett and Brevard.

Prior to Pfeiffer: Graduated from North Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, N.C.

Personal: Daughter of Angel Riera and Elizabeth Loor. Has two siblings, Michael (21) and Yailine (15).

Interesting Facts: Her father played semi-professional soccer in Ecuador. Her older sister plays professionally in Ecuador.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
