Pfeiffer University

Makenzi Pyatte enters her first season as a member of the Pfeiffer softball program in 2027.

Prior to Pfeiffer
Earned two varsity letters at Alexander Early College, where she was a multi-time award winner. Named MVP for softball and cross country, earned All-Conference honors in cross country, and received the Freshman of the Year Award and Clutch Award. Also a four-year basketball participant and varsity softball contributor. In cross country, was a consistent top performer and received multiple Pack Pride Awards.

In track & field, qualified individually for the 800m, ranked top 15 in the state in the steeplechase, and helped her 4x800 relay team qualify for state and national competition while setting a school record. In softball, was a four-year MVP and helped her team achieve competitive success, and also competed internationally in Australia. Active in school and community organizations including DECA, student council, church youth groups, and volunteering.

Personal
Daughter of Jeremy and Mindy Pyatte. Has one brother, Beckett, and one sister, Easton.

Participates in church and youth groups and is active in community service.
