2023-24: Steven Sadler begins his fourth season with the Men's Lacrosse program.
In 2023, Sadler assisted the Pfeiffer lacrosse program to the most successful season in school history, setting the program record for wins in a season (17), longest win streak (12) and the second USA South title.
In 2022, Sadler assisted the team to its second-consecutive appearance in the USA South title game while coaching Tucker Hill to the USA South Defensive Player of the Year honors. Hill was the NCAA Statistical Champion in faceoff win percentage.
In his first year, the Falcons won the USA South Championship and made its first appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
Prior to Pfeiffer: Sadler began his collegiate career as a team captain at the Community College of Baltimore County. He then transferred to Missouri Valley College and earned all-conference honors in his first year, leading MVC to the MCLA National Championships in each of his first two seasons.
Sadler also works with LaxStraps, which he has spearheaded multiple fundraising initiatives. He currently resides in Concord, with his wife Erin Hart.
