Chavarria enters his fourth season as a member of the Falcon men's soccer program in 2020.

2019 (Junior) - Made 14 starts in goal for the Falcons, logging nearly 1,400 minutes between the pipes.  Made 78 saves on the season and finishing with a 2.19 GAA average.  Was part of one combined shutout.  Was also named to the USA South All-Academic Team

2018 (Sophomore) - Appeared in 10 matches, starting seven.  Logged over 722 minutes in goal while returning a 1.37 goals against average and making 18 saves.  Had one shutout and was part of one combined shutout.

2017 (Freshman) - Appeared in three matches for the Falcons, starting in one. Allowed two goals in 156 minutes of play and made six saves.  Was part of two combined shutouts.

Prior to Pfeiffer: Played his high school soccer at Eastern Randolph High School in Ramseur, N.C. and was coached by David Hinshaw.  While at Eastern Randolph, he was a four-year starter and earned All-PAC 6 2A honors all four years of his prep career.  As a sophomore, he helped the Wildcats to their first ever home playoff match, reaching the third-round of the NCHSAA 2A playoffs for the first time in school history. As a junior they once again reached the third round of the playoffs

As a senior, he was named the conference defensive player of the year in helping the Wildcats to their fifth-straight playoff appearance.

Played his club soccer with Greensboro United and was coached by William Thomsen.

Personal: Son of Pantaleon Chavarria Rosales and Lina Maria Chavarria.  Has one sibling, Eblin (19).  Birthday is Aug. 12.

Interesting Facts:  He is fluent in Spanish.
