Andrea Lopez enters her first season with the Falcons.

Personal: Daughter of Trish and Juan Lopez . . . born on April 10, 1995 . . . majoring in Sports Management with a minor in Sociology.

Before Pfeiffer: Spent one season at Mississippi Valley State where she was fourth in kills and second in digs . . . attended Niles North High School . . . was named Northside Prep Tournament MVP in 2009 and 2012 . . . was named the 2010 Rookie of the Year and 2011 Defensive Player of the Year . . . was twice selected to the All-Conference team and earned Second Team All-Area honors in 2012.
