Mowrey enters her first season as a member of the Pfeiffer volleyball program in 2025.

Prior to Pfeiffer

Was a member of the Belmont Abbey volleyball team in 2024, appearing in one match.

In high school, was named first team all-conference in 2020 and 2021... voted varsity Most Valuable Player in each of those two years... named Best Defender and Best Server at the 2020 Capitol Hill Classic in Washington, D.C.
