MISENHEIMER, N.C. - A pair of Pfeiffer forwards were selected in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft this afternoon. The Colorado Rapids took Jaime Siaj with the first pick of the Third Round and Philadelphia Union selected Santi Moar with the 16th pick in the Fourth Round.
"I am delighted that Jaime and Santi were drafted," commented men's soccer coach Bob Reasso who has had 19 of his players play in the MLS. "They are well deserving of being selected and they both went to great clubs. I am sure they will both have great careers."
Siaj and Moar helped lead Pfeiffer to a 25-0 record and a National Championship in 2015 and are the first two men's soccer players ever drafted into the MLS from Pfeiffer.
