Pfeiffer Women's Soccer Drops 2-0 Decision to Brevard
Misenheimer, N.C. (Oct. 25, 2022) – Visiting Brevard College scored a goal in each half to down Pfeiffer University 2-0 in a USA South women's soccer match at Lefko Field on Tuesday afternoon.

The visiting Tornados jumped ahead 1-0 at 14:03 of the first half Grace Black slipped a pass to teammate Jessica Tenjhay, who then beat Pfeiffer goalkeeper
Olivia Garver (Clover, S.C.) to her left to gain the early advantage.
At 69:21 of the second half, Black scored her seventh goal of the season with Khadijah Shakirof getting credit for the assist.
Pfeiffer did manage six shots on the afternoon, with senior
Kayla Blankenship (Asheboro, N.C.) and freshman
Ana Satchell (Conifer, Colo.) each registering a pair of shots for the Black and Yellow.
Garver made three saves for the Falcons while her Brevard counterpart, Nicole Arroyo also had three stops.
