Misenheimer, N.C. (Oct. 14, 2023) -- Visiting Southern Virgnia University took a 7-1 USA South women's soccer win over Pfeiffer University on Saturday afternoon at Lefko Field

The loss drops Pfeiffer to 1-12-1 overall and 0-6-0 in USA South play with the loss while SVU improves to 7-5-1 overall and 6-0 in conference play.

How it Happened

SVU scored the first four goals of the match, all in the first half.  Pfeiffer freshman Kharmani Spencer netted the only Falcon goal of the afternoon in the 38th minute to draw to 4-1.  Spencer's goal was her third of the season.

SVU would go on to score three times in the second half to provide the 7-1 final.

Olivia Garver recorded two saves for the Falcons out of six total Knights shots.
