Pfeiffer Men's Lacrosse Overwhelms Warren Wilson, 25-4
Misenheimer, N.C. (Feb. 22, 2023) – The Pfeiffer University men's lacrosse team scored the first six goals of the game and outscored visiting Warren Wilson College 13-1 in the first half in a 25-4 win at Lefko Field on Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Pfeiffer's onslaught of the Owls begain at 12:23 when junior
Quinn Becraft scored on a man-up opportunity on an assist from
J.P. Galloway. Six more Falcon goals were put on the board before WWC got their first tally at 4:04 to make it 7-1. Pfeiffer closed the first quarter with two more scores to lead 9-1 after the first quarter.
In the second, Pfeiffer scored four more times to take the 13-1 halftime advantage.
The lead grew to 21-1 in the third quarter, but Warren Wilson opened the fourth with a pair of back-to-back goals from Saiquan Bell to make it 21-3. Four more Pfeiffer goals upped the score to 25-3 by the late stages of the fourth quarter. Bell would go on to score the final goal of the game for the Owls to provide the 25-4 final

Pfeiffer had 12 players score a goal and 17 players recorded points. Sophomore
Tyler Ajemian lead Pfeiffer with seven total points (four goals, three assists) while
Dylan Bryson had five points (four goals, one assist).
Elias Solano recorded 10 ground balls and was 13-of-14 in faceoffs while
Jacob Dinnan also had a good night, going 11-of-14.Â
Tucker Hill was a perfect 4-of-4 as he saw limited action.
Six Falcon goalkeepers saw action, combining for 12 saves on the night. Starting goalkeeper
Nate Woodhill earned the win in goal and made a team-best four saves.Â
Jason Rowland and
Aiden Cox each made three saves while
Connor McGarry posted a pair of stops in the win.
