Pfeiffer Women's Golf Takes Fourth at Bridgewater Invitational

Harrisonburg, Va. - (Sept. 24, 2024) – The Pfeiffer University women's golf team took home a fourth-place finish at the Bridgewater Invitational on Tuesday afternoon at the par-72, 5,658 yard Lakeview Golf Club in Harrisonburg, Va.

The Falcons shot a two-day total of 679 (+103) to finish ahead of fifth-place Virginia Wesleyan by four strokes.

Individually, sophomore Kirstyn Page paced the Falcons, as she shot a two-day total of 162 (+18) to finish in 11th place in the field of 42 golfers.  Fellow sophomore Caroline Wright carded a 168 over the two-day event to finish in a tie for 16th-place in the field of 42 golfers.

Bridgewater's Sophia Martone won individual medalist honors with a two-day 143 (-1).

Southern Virginia won the team title with a 626 (+50).
