Pfeiffer Women's Golf Concludes the Fall Season at the Chick-Fil-A Invitational
Rome, Ga. (Oct. 29, 2025) — Pfeiffer University's women's golf team turned in a competitive showing at the Chick-Fil-A Invitational held Oct. 27–28 at Stonebridge Golf Club in Rome, Ga., finishing 10th in the 15-team field.

Kirstyn Page paced the Falcons with a two-day total of 155 (+9), tying for 11th place individually. Page carded rounds of 80 and 75 on the par-73, 5,721-yard layout, marking one of the lowest final rounds in the field.
Ella Couper also contributed with a 167 (+21), highlighted by a second-round 79, while
Morgan Heilig posted a 172 (+26).
Ashlyn Strickland and
Jordan Blake rounded out the Pfeiffer lineup with scores of 182 and 192, respectively.
Pfeiffer posted team rounds of 345 and 326 for a total of 671 (+87), improving by 19 strokes on day two. The Falcons finished ahead of Maryville, Shenandoah, Methodist "B," Berry, and LaGrange.
Mary Hardin-Baylor claimed the team title with a score of 600 (+16), while three players — Marisa Alfes (Ohio Northern), Yvette Gorden (Huntingdon), and Claire Smith (Mary Hardin-Baylor) — shared medalist honors at 147 (+1).
With the fall schedule complete, the Falcons will return to play at the Pfeiffer Invitational at the Lion's Paw Golf Links at the Ocean Ridge Plantation in Ocean Isle Beach, N.C. on March 2-3, 2026.
