Women's Lacrosse Blows Out Huntingdon, 20-7 in USA South Opener

MISENHEIMER, N.C. (March 7, 2026) — Pfeiffer opened USA South play with a dominant 20–7 win over Huntingdon on Saturday morning at Lefko–Mills Field, powered by explosive scoring from Analise Robinson and Quinn Branca.

Robinson led the Falcons (7-1, 1-0 USA South) with six goals and an assist, including three man-up tallies, while Branca matched her with six goals and one assist, converting twice on free-position attempts. Pfeiffer controlled possession throughout, winning 22 draw controls to Huntingdon's 4, which fueled a relentless offensive rhythm.

Skyla Jo Charette added three goals and two assists, and freshman Keiri Velasquez finished with two goals, both on free-position shots, as the Falcons scored at least four times in every quarter and built an 11–1 halftime lead. Pfeiffer went 6-for-6 on free-position chances and put 33 of its 40 shots on goal.

Huntingdon (3-11, 0-1) was led by Payton Hill's three goals, two of which came in the third quarter, and Reagan Barrett's two goals and one assist. Despite a seven-goal second half, the Hawks were hampered by 18 turnovers and long stretches without possession.

Pfeiffer goalkeeper Clara Smith earned the win with four saves over 60 minutes, while Huntingdon's Kendall Hallas made 13 stops under heavy pressure.

Wit the win, Pfeiffer matches the best start since 2019, when they also started 7-1 through the first eight games.
