Pfeiffer University

Sara Brown enters her fourth season as a member of the Pfeiffer softball program in 2021.

2020 (Junior) - Brown started in all 17 games for the Falcons, finishing with a .332 batting average and a .463 slugging percentage.  She had 17 hits, four that were doubles, one triple and had a pair of home runs.  She also had 14 RBI and scored eight times.  Following the season, she was named to the USA South All-Academic Team and was selected to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team.  The season was canceled in mid-March due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (Sophomore) - Brown earned USA South East Division First Team honors. Brown appeared in all 43 games and hit .369, driving in 26 RBIs while rapping out seven doubles and hitting three home runs. She managed a .977 fielding percentage.

2018 (Freshman) -  Brown saw action in 10 games and returned a .481 batting average.  She had two doubles one home run and drove in seven runs in her freshman campaign.  Overall, she managed 13 hits and had a .667 slugging percentage and a .533 on base percentage.

Before Pfeiffer: Graduated from Frankly County High School where she played two seasons of varsity softball. In her senior season, she hit .334, had four doubles and a home run while driving in seven for the Eagles.

Personal - Daughter of W.C. and Jessie Brown.  Has one brother, Michael.  Majoring in nursing.
