Pfeiffer University

Reece Davis enters her third season season with the Pfeiffer softball program after transferring from Francis Marion University.

2020 (Junior) - Played in all 17 games for the Falcons.  Had 9 hits and 16 RBI while hitting a pair of doubles.  Following the season, she was named to the USA South All-Academic Team.
The season was canceled in mid-March due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (Sophomore) - Played in 43 games for the Falcons, compiling a .398 batting average and a .602 slugging percentage.  She had 51 hits on the year, with 11 being doubles.  She also slammed five home runs and had 28 RBI.  She also earned All-ECAC Tournament honors following the Falcons second-straight ECAC Championship.  Following the season, she was named to the USA South All-Academic Team.

2018 - Played her freshman season at Francis Marion University in Florence, S.C., where she started in 13 games in the circle, amassing a 6-8 overall record.  She pitched 78.1 innings and recorded 30 strikeouts and finished with a 5.09 ERA.
Offensively, she hit .275 for the Patriots, hitting four doubles and one home run while driving in 10 in helping the Patriots to a 19-25 overall record and 5-15 in Peach Belt Conference play.

Personal - Born Reece Logan Davis in Hickory, N.C.....A graduate of East Burke High School, where she played for coach Crystal Bartlett.....As a junior, compiled an 11-7 record with a 2.01 earned run average and 131 strikeouts in only 122 innings.....Opponents batted only .157 against her.....At the plate, batted .392 with 21 runs scored, five doubles, two home runs, and 20 runs batted in.....Three-time All-State performer....Has garnered All-Conference honors three times....Four-time All-District recognition....Holds her school's single-game strikeout record (17) and career home run mark....Also excelled on the volleyball and basketball courts for the Cavaliers.....Played travel ball with the Carolina Cobras NC....Nicknames are Reecer and Reecie Cup.
