Pfeiffer University

Efird begins her first season with the Pfeiffer women's soccer program in 2019

Prior to Pfeiffer: Played her high school soccer at South Davidson High School for Coach Matt Baldwin. She was an All-Yadkin Valley 1A selection all four seasons during her prep career and received all-region honorable mention in her sophomore year and was an all-region selection her junior season.  That year, she was ranked as one of the Top-10 goalkeepers in the state.

During her junior year, she made 182 saves, allowing just 20 goals while in her senior year, she allowed just four goals against and recorded a save percentage of 95%.

She played her club soccer for N.C. United and was coached by Alan Myers.

Personal: Daughter of Daniel and Mindy Efird. Has two brothers, Trent (16) and Michael (13).

Interesting Facts/Hobbies: Enjoys painting in her free time.
