Pfeiffer University

Murriel begins her second season with the Pfeiffer women's basketball program in 2021-22.

2020-21 - Played in 10 games while starting in eight.  Shot 39% (23-of-59) from the field and 64.5% (20-of-31) from the FT line.  Had 45 rebounds, 32 assists and 29 steals.  Her career high came on Feb. 26 when she scored 15 points at Greensboro.

2019-20 - Played in nine games at Greensboro College.  Scored 11 points while seeing a little over six minutes per game.

Prior to Pfeiffer - Played at St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, N.C.  Played in 17 games for the Knights, where she shot 28.6% from the floor and averaged 2.8 rebounds per game.  Her top outing came in a seven-point performance on Nov. 7, 2018 against Brenau.  She also had a career-high seven rebounds against Brenau.

Played her prep basketball at Hunter Huss High School in Gastonia, N.C. for Coach Bobby Lipscomb.  At Hunter Huss, she averaged 12.1 points in her career, 4.4 assists and 3.6 rebounds and was an All-Conference selection both her junior and senior seasons.

Personal - Daughter of Jeffrey Murriel and Angela Parker.  Has two siblings, Brittany and Trevor.  Birthday is Jan. 22.
